Initial Build Complete

The initial build of this website is now complete. We will continue to post more material to the site, but at a slower pace.

The present content is the result of our research and development efforts. We plan also to post some of the materials that we have developed over the years that led up to the present results, but did  not make the final cut - for those who might be interested. Stay tuned.  Hope you enjoy your visit!
